Masters Realty Sale Leads to 625 New Jobs

Masters Realty Super Agent Hooman Hamzehloui 39 acre sale in Davenport  leads to a huge economic impact to the Central Florida region. 

The governor's office released more details Thursday about Wal-Mart's plans for two Davenport facilities expected to bring 625 new jobs.
A pair of Wal-Mart e-commerce centers will open at the Majestic I-4 Distribution Center near U.S. 27 and Interstate 4, The new facilities will exclusively ship online orders and be part of an effort to expand online sales to compete with the likes of Amazon. ''We are picking very strategic locations that are in vast proximity to our customers,” said Wal-Mart spokesman Ravi Jariwala. “These are the crown jewels of our fulfillment network.”
One center will be just less than 1 million square feet and will house small items like handheld electronics, clothing and toys. That center will employ more than 500 people. The other facility will be used for shipping larger items such as large electronic devices and will be about 1.2 million square feet with more than 125 employees.
